How do I change my cuisine preferences?

Open the app, go to Profile → Taste Profile, and tap Edit. You can re-run onboarding to rebuild your taste vector from scratch, or adjust individual flavor weights (sweet, sour, spicy, savory, bitter, umami) and cuisine affinities one at a time. Changes take effect immediately on the next feed refresh.

Why is my dish score different from my friend's?

Aji IQ scores blend a dish's objective quality signal with your personal taste profile. The quality side (crowd love, menu signals, check-ins) is identical for both of you; the taste side is personalized. So the same dish can show 92 for someone who leans sweet-and-savory and 78 for a spice-forward diner — and that's by design.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete my account, and confirm by typing DELETE. Your account is deactivated immediately and fully deleted after a 30-day grace period. If you can't sign in, email support@ajiiq.com from the address on file and we'll handle it within 3 business days. See the data-deletion page for the complete list of what's removed.

Is Aji IQ available in my city?

We launched in Ann Arbor and are expanding across Metro Detroit, Michigan, and beyond. More than 1,000 markets are configured globally and 66 U.S. cities are launch-ready with 500+ scored menus each. Tap the market selector on the home screen to see current coverage, or join the waitlist on the homepage so we can let you know when your city is live.

I'm a restaurant owner — how do I claim my listing?

Visit pro.ajiiq.com and sign up for a free Claim account. Search for your restaurant, verify ownership (email or phone on file with Google), and you'll get access to Dish Pulse, score tracking, and the menu editor. Paid tiers (Member / Partner / Founder) unlock competitor tracking, flavor gap analysis, and AI menu engineering.
