How does the loyalty profit-share work?+
Members who stay 12+ months share in 5% of company profits, weighted by tier (Member 1x, Partner 1.5x, Founder 2x). At our scale targets, that's hundreds to thousands per year (in your local currency) back to operators. This converts a SaaS relationship into a movement — operators tell other operators they're part of Aji.
Do I have to commit annually?+
No. Every tier is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. The loyalty profit-share kicks in only if you stay 12+ months, but there's no penalty for leaving earlier.
Which tier does the Scan recommend?+
The Scan scores your restaurant against tier-fit signals and recommends one tier as the default. Single location with no website → Member. Active operator with weak social → Partner. Multi-location or $5M+ inferred revenue → Founder. You can always pick a different tier.
Can I add a la carte modules to any tier?+
Yes. All 7 add-ons (Ordering, Reservations, Voice/IVR, Boost Campaigns, Pricing Intel, Extra Locations, Priority Support) stack on any tier. Pricing Intel has a Founder-only full view; the summary version is available on Partner.
How does billing work?+
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle handles VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes automatically based on your location. Your card statement will show "AJI PRO" or "PADDLE.NET *AJI PRO". See our Refund Policy.
What if I want to cancel?+
Cancel from your dashboard → Settings → Subscription, or via the email receipt from Paddle. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted unless you request deletion via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
